How is the delivery made?
Thanks to a special agreement with Scalo Milano, all deliveries are entrusted to the Deluxy Experts, a team trained and specialized in making luxury deliveries. Deluxy Experts wear a jacket, tie and white gloves, thus
distinguishing themselves for their elegance.

When and where is the delivery made?
You can request a delivery on any day.
The delivery will be made the same day for all orders placed by 2.00 p.m.; for orders placed after this time, delivery will be made the next day between 5.00 and 7.00 p.m. You choose the place of delivery. If you have any questions during the delivery, you can contact your Deluxy Expert directly on the following WhatsApp number: +39 391 4072563.

What must I do to receive the product?
Make sure you’re at home between 5.00 and 7.00 p.m. on the day you book
the service. The Deluxy Expert will take care of everything and deliver your
experience straight to the door. If the recipient is not at home, our Deluxy
Expert will come by the next day for the last delivery attempt.

What is the approximate cost of this service?
Delivery costs start at 10 euros for the metropolitan area of Milan and can
